Last night, Markus Nonnenmacher, CEO of multilever, was honored to receive the German Innovation Award in Gold for WAATR and CrazyCap Bottle on behalf of Rakesh Guduru, Ph.D., CEO of WAATR, in a festive ceremony.

multilever is a strategic partner of the US startup WAATR for the DACH region. With their product CrazyCap, the first self-disinfecting drinking bottle with a self-disinfecting drinking bottle cap, the company sets the tone in the field of innovation and sustainability. More info here.

The award was presented by the German Design Council, one of the world’s leading competence centers for communication and knowledge transfer in the field of design. It was founded in 1953 on the initiative of the German Bundestag to promote and strengthen the design competence of the German economy.
